Menstrual Cycles 101: what they don’t teach you in sex ed
Description
Ever wonder what ACTUALLY happens during your menstrual cycle? What causes your period, why it’s important…& why I always bang on about ‘ovulation’?
In this episode, I take it back to the basics, covering what you (probably) didn’t learn in sex ed.
I get into the nitty gritty of almost every hormone involved in the menstrual cycle, & their purpose in the body. I also cover off the four ‘phases’ of your cycle (& why they are/aren’t important) & how to properly track your cycle!
