Ro: În inima toamnei târzii, Carpații răsunau de murmure de vânt.
En: In the heart of late autumn, the Carpații echoed with murmurs of the wind.

Ro: Culorile pădurii păreau pictate cu pensula unui artist, în nuanțe vii de arămiu și aur.
En: The colors of the forest seemed painted by an artist's brush, in vivid shades of copper and gold.

Ro: Pe carare, Ioana urma pașii lui Mihai.
En: On the path, Ioana followed Mihai's steps.

Ro: Cărarea era îngustă, iar copacii străvechi păreau să șușotească legendele șoptite de Sfântul Andrei.
En: The path was narrow, and the ancient trees seemed to whisper the legends whispered by Saint Andrei.

Ro: Grupul era vesel și dornic de aventură.
En: The group was cheerful and eager for adventure.

Ro: Ioana simțea inima bătând rapid, nu atât din cauza urcușului, cât din amintirile fricii de a se pierde.

En: Suddenly, a wave of fog descended upon the mountain.

En: The forest became a labyrinth of shadows and mystery.

Ro: "Foarte bine", se gândea Mihai, încercând să-și păstreze calmul.
En: "Very well," thought Mihai, trying to remain calm.

Ro: Dar, pe măsură ce mergea, direcțiile se amestecau, iar euforia grupului se transforma în îngrijorare.
En: But as he walked, directions became mixed, and the group's euphoria turned into worry.

Ro: Ca și cum ceața ar fi fost insuficientă, o cabană veche a apărut în depărtare.

Ro: Lemnul părea umed și rece, iar ușa scârțâia nostalgică, ca și cum nu ar fi fost deschisă de ani de zile.
