Often during this series I have used the word “perspective.” Perhaps I am especially focused on this because we just had a sudden death in our family. One of those deaths that has changed everything in so many ways. Not to worry – this podcast is not going to be about death or my personal experience these last few weeks.

Because, even the smallest things need to be put into perspective or we can get stuck on them like bath water swirling down the drain.





So how do we rise above it all? Sometimes we feel guilty if we don’t focus on something that has happened. We fear that it sends the message that we don’t care.





Sometimes we are afraid to face those skeletons in the closet. We sense that will create confusion that will only make things worse.





Different circumstances call for different strategies. Let’s explore some of those strategies.
