Presented by Dr Sven Hansen and Brad Hook. In this episode, we ask whether we should consider changing our breathing. After all, shouldn't it be a natural, automatic process? We then explore some practical breathing exercises, understand the importance of diaphragmatic breathing and reference some excellent books. At the end of the session, we spend a couple of minutes focusing on long exhalations while checking body, emotion and mind.
