inspirational ladies explain how and why they got involved in athletics and how you can do too regardless of your age.

Joylyn Saunders-Mullins, Anne Neslon and Caroline Powell are ¾ of the British Masters 4x100 world record holding relay team.
Joylyn has been in athletics since she was a child and is now 71 years old and continues to achieve record breaking times. Joylyn has recently appeared in a documentary out in cinemas.
Anne has been running for 30 years, started this when her eldest daughter wanted to join Epsom and Newell Harriers and Anne has been competing for this club ever since and is now 72 years old.
Caroline Powell runs for Bristol and West and has like her teammates gained world, European, and British champion records and medals.
