After seeing a reporter set-up for a live shot as a young man, Richard Borjas knew he had found his calling. As a television executive, showrunner and now CEO of Bormont Enterprises, Richard has had an amazing career with equally rich stories to share. Most recently, he was the executive producer of Red Table Talk: The Estefans, featuring Gloria Estefan, her husband Emilio and others from the family.
Prior to that, he helped launch TheKelly Clarkson Show to great fanfare, and won a Daytime Emmy for Un Nuevo Día, while at Telemundo. Richard gives great advice on how to build your own brand, leverage your brand attributes to advance your career and when to adjust the volume on your brand for a given audience.

Richard Borjas is the Showrunner & CEO of Bormont Enterprises., and was recently responsible for the overall creative and execution of Red Table Talk: The Estefans.
Prior to that, he was the Vice President, Programming and Development, NBCUniversal Domestic Television Distribution. In this role, he developed original programs and formats to help create a robust slate of projects and managed the daily creative affairs for a number of shows, including “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” “Access,” and “Access Live.”
Borjas previously served as VP, Production for Telemundo. He oversaw the development and production of multiple programs for the network, including its morning program “Un Nuevo Día” for which he won a Daytime Emmy Award. In addition, throughout his amazing career, he has worked on a number of other award winning shows including Cristina Show and Good Morning America.
