Chief Strategic Advisor to the President & CEO of Aetna, a CVS Health Company

London Lomax is the Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Health. He joined Innovation Health’s Leadership team in January 2022. With his strategic health plan and market leadership expertise, London will guide the continued success and expansion of Innovation Health with a focus on member growth and access to quality health coverage for the Washington, D.C. metro area. London has held a variety of strategic roles across diverse industries, from fully funded startups to Fortune 50 companies. In addition to being CEO of Innovation Health, he serves as the Chief Strategic Advisor to the President & CEO of Aetna, a CVS Health Company. London joined Aetna from SmileHealth where he was Vice President, Growth & Distribution Effectiveness. Prior to SmileHealth, he held leadership positions both domestically and internationally in product innovation, data analytics, strategic planning, sales, marketing and change management at EmblemHealth and AIG.

London holds a B.S. from Central Connecticut State University and M.S. in Strategic Organization Leadership from Quinnipiac University. He has also completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program where he focused on value-based health care strategy. He is a 2021 Denver Business Journal 40 under 40 award recipient and voted as one of Modern Healthcare’s 25 Emerging Leaders in healthcare for 2021. He is a Houston, Texas native and currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
