Imagine a business that not only pays you well but also operates seamlessly, even in your absence. My goal is to help you create a surplus of resources in your business, be it money, energy, time, or satisfaction in relationships.

We also walk through a practical guide on how to audit your business model, prioritize profit, and make necessary adjustments to your offers to build infrastructure into your business that creates alignment with your life. 

Intentional, Sustainable, Profitable audit questions:

1. Does this serve my bigger vision?
2. Does this get me you more of what I want?
3. Does this achieve the desired outcomes?
4. Does this align with my desired lifestyle or current season?
5. Does this serve my mission, “why”, or purpose?
6. Does this bring me joy?
7. Is this meeting or exceeding financial KPIs?
8. Is this paying me and others well?
9. Does this create overflow of resources rather than deplete them?

Rank each question on a scale from 1-5 (5 being the highest)
Then whichever criterion matters most to you in the moment, count it twice.
Add the numbers up, and the closer you are to 50, the better.
40-50: Perfecto • 30-39: Tweaks likely needed • 29-below: Overhaul or delete
