Description

Nicole Perry, M.A., Registered Psychologist, runs a general private practice in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  She takes a collaborative and feminist approach to help clients rediscover the strength that lies within them.

She specializes in shame resilience, healing trauma, and setting boundaries.

Nicole and I talk about:

  • Boundaries; why they're important and why we need them, along with the 3 major areas of where they're most needed.
  1. Prioritizing others over ourselves
  2. Practicing politeness over safety
  3. Productivity over health
