About Nikki:


Nikki is the co-founder of The Ohm Store, a brand committed to supporting people's spiritual development and well being - by sharing mindfulness tools from around the world.   Her experience began with a 10 year career in technology. She worked with some of the world's largest brands to develop emerging technology strategies, mobile apps and smart devices.   


Over the course of her career, Nikki became interested in the art of building high performing teams. She has studied concepts of negotiation, emotional intelligence, human productivity and psychology and the secrets beneath world-class company cultures. Drawing on this background, she shifted from client consulting to in house operations for a technology startup-working to stand up an international delivery office in Buenos Aires and later stepping into a Chief of Staff role. 


Drawing from knowledge and experience, she launched a career coaching program inside of the company and drove results for individuals and teams, including coaching the Director of Employee Experience.    Nikki now brings her emotional intelligence and business experience to the online space where she is working to create a business model that operates at the intersection of impact, service and profitability-proving that successful businesses can be doing good in the world, growing with integrity and creating impact every step of the way.
