This week on Your Big Sister, I am delighted  to introduce Dr. Dina Inman-Ramgolam, a professor in the Moody College of Communications at UT Austin! Dr. IR earned her PhD and MA degree in Organizational Communication and a BA in Speech Communication. She has a passion for teaching about how we rely on our devices and how we use them to interact with others online. 

In this episode we discuss various topics related to an online presence and how it effects our every day life. Dr. IR elaborates on the dangerous implications that multitasking can result in, why we suffer from FOMO, setting boundaries with availability, and she also offers some helpful tips for minimizing  screen time and how we can manage our social media.
