Based on their pilot operation, Veterans Village, in Philadelphia, Spain strongly believes VBC's modular unit construction can be replicable and scalable across the nation.
Spain also addresses why efforts to house veterans in the past have failed and how VBC's model comes with other resources such as education and healthcare (both physical and mental) programs.
