Before setting off on his latest adventure Erden Eruç sat down with ImpactWayv. Erden is the first man to solo circumnavigate the globe by human power, the holder of 17 Guinness World Records, and the Founder of the nonprofit, Around-n-Over.
On Dec 26th, Erden set off for the Philippines where he will bicycle and across Lunzi Island before rowing across the South China Sea to Vietnam.
Erden Eruç’s primary drive has been to highlight the plastic pollution in the ocean and the impact of humanity on fellow creatures on this earth. Erden has partnered with Ocean Recovery Alliance and Exploring By the Seat of Your Pants, an outfit affiliated with National Geographic which has a network of classrooms.
