👋 Hi There! Welcome to The Weather Report. A mindful meditation, brought to you by Sleepy Beanzzz.

🕊 This meditation will help kids notice their feelings, find balance, and build emotional resilience.

🌦 We’ll check in on our inner weather, noticing if we’re feeling sunny, cloudy, windy, or even a little stormy.

☀️ Through gentle breathwork, we’ll imagine warm sunshine and soft winds clearing away any clouds, helping our minds feel calm and bright again.
