Description

It’s kind of hard to break down the differences between fear, anxiety and stress in one sentence. But here is my attempt, to just give you an overview before I go into detail.

Fear is a response to an immediate threat, anxiety is the worrying or apprehension of a future event, and stress is a response to a pressure in a situation (we usually can pinpoint the cause).

We say we have a fear of something (flying, aging) and anxiety about something (flying, aging) or we’re stressed about/ from something.

This episode of Yoga Punx Unite begins with a 20-minute talk on the differences between feeling stressed, anxious, or fearful. Why there is a cross over, and how to overcome them quickly so you can think clearly and take appropriate action.

I share a few short practices within this talk that you can draw on anytime, followed by a more in-depth meditation practice for 11-minutes.
