When depression hits, it hits you HARD! Depression can make everything seem nearly impossible to do -- including, doing even the simplest of things like brushing your teeth, thinking positive, or feeling grateful for what you have.
One day, I was feeling depressed for no reason at all, when I realized that all I needed was one thing to make life feel worth living for.
In this week's episode, I share the one thing that I did that made all the difference. This one thing made it possible for me to see other possibilities in my life, and feel extremely grateful for everything in my life.
