In this episode I rundown my experience at the Plymouth Rock 'N' Run Turkey Trot. In a word, rain! With winter upon us and cold and sometimes wet weather I discuss what running clothes you should have to keep you comfortable on the run!
In my "That's Crazy Good" food segment, I feature, The Blue Bonnet Cafe, out of Marble Falls, Texas. ( http://www.bluebonnetcafe.net/) They have been making great pie since 1929. You have got to see the pictures of the pie. Not only do they look great, they taste phenomenal!
