In today's episode, I talk about how from the ages of 0-7 our minds were sponges and taking on the beliefs of everyone around us. These beliefs are still with us today in our automatic subconscious programming until we decide to consciously and repetitively change them. I talk about how perception is the lens in which we view the world, which is how we are all creating our own realities.
