举例来说是 for instance/for example，必须写成 e.g.

这是是拉丁文 exempli gratia 的缩写，常见的 e.x. 是完全错误的写法喔！

至于 ex. 则是名词，是 example 的缩写。

 

另外，e.g. 通常只用于书写，口语上还是以 for example/instance 为主。

想说 A 对决 B 的时候我们常常会用到 vs.

但你是不是不知不觉就写错了呢？这个字又该怎么念呢？

这个字是 versus 的缩写，

可以写成 vs. 或 vs 或 v.，就是绝对不能写 v.s. ！

看到 “etc.” 千万不要一个字一个字念！正确发音是[ɛt 'sɛtərə]，它是拉丁文 et cetera 的缩写，相当于 and so on / and so forth.

注意标点符号的使用！
