台灣員工 Amy 跟外商主管 David 正在進行一對一 performance review。



English Dialogue

David: Hi Amy, thanks for joining the review today. How are you feeling?

Amy: A bit nervous, to be honest. It’s my first performance review in English!

David: No worries, you’ve done a great job this quarter. Let’s go over your KPI results.

Amy: Sure! I met most of my targets, especially in sales growth and customer retention.

David: That’s impressive. I also noticed you improved your presentation skills a lot.

Amy: Thank you! I tried to be more confident during team meetings.

David: Excellent. For next quarter, I’d like you to focus more on project management.

Amy: Got it. Should I set a new KPI goal related to that?

David: Yes. Maybe managing two key projects would be a good start.

Amy: Sounds good! Any feedback on what I can improve?

David: Just continue to communicate proactively and share updates more frequently.
