Liam: Hi Ms. Chen, did you ask to see me?

Ms. Chen: Yes. I want to explain some basic duties to you, if you're available.

Liam: Sure. What am I expected to do today?

Ms. Chen: Since you’re a newcomer, you’ll start with some routine tasks, such as answering calls and organizing files. Later, you’ll be assigned to the Marketing Department.

Liam: I see. It sounds like a challenging job, but I'm excited to do it. What should I do first?

Ms. Chen: Since this is your first day, begin with learning about our featured products. After that, please sort these papers and file them correctly.
