My go-to excuses have always been “I’m too tired” and “I don’t feel like it.”

Why do I say these things? Because I am tired and I rarely actually feel like exercising!

Unfortunately, for a long time I allowed those excuses to hold me back from taking care of myself. I wanted to be strong and I wanted to be confident, but I only started changing when I stopped complaining.
