Your Intrinsic Value

Your Intrinsic Value

2024-03-2427:10

Jacqui and Tanagh dissect the 8th topic of the #DaretoBeLove Journey: INTRINSIC VALUE.INTRINSIC VALUE is the second topic within STEP 3 of the #DaretoBeLove Journey – HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF. This topic is the final element of self, namely, your Soul. Here, we work on stepping out from the fear of our Shadow as we examine our behaviours and habitual reactions. What is your intrinsic value, what does intrinsic value mean, and how is intrinsic value related to True Will?Jacqui and Tanagh shed light on these questions while sharing their personal stories of finding LOVE in the chaos of their own lives. Intrinsic value boils down to knowing ourselves and having self-awareness and LOVE for where we are in the present moment and how we perceive the situation. Often, our perspective of a situation will differ from that of another, but this should never diminish our intrinsic value. The work is to develop the ability to see that both truths are valid and that each stem from our human limiting beliefs. When we can access unity, kindness, non-judgement, and inclusion, we are opening to LOVE, thereby accessing the courage to honour our intrinsic value and that of another.

TRUE WILL is the 7th topic of the #DaretoBeLove Journey and the 1st topic of STEP 3: HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF. We will be working on stepping beyond the fear of our Shadows.True Will is a crucial step when trying to foster and open to Being Love, especially when attempting to do this in the face or presence of another. True Will comes from the heart; it is a vulnerable yet courageous space where our individual perspective and truth can be present alongside that of another. For example: When in an altercation with another, at what point during the discussion or sharing process do you feel the calmest? Odds are, it’s in the space after you have shared your most raw, vulnerable and authentic truth of the situation and felt seen and heard, and not when your unhealthy ego (shadow element) has tried to manipulate your truth or that of another in such a way that you feel you have won the argument. You can also achieve this by affording another this space to share, merely holding the moment in silence, and letting go of all desired responses. This art of sharing and listening is how we open to True Will, allowing us also to be present for the situation, our perspective and that of another with Love and non-resistance.In this episode, Jacqui and Tanagh explore the differences between True Will and Truth while sharing their own experiences with opening up to True Will. They unpack ways you move into a space of True Will, discussing tools so that you too can communicate and act in this way with others, whether they be your loved ones, family, friends or foes.
What is Your Truth?

What is Your Truth?

2024-01-3125:23

Jacqui and Tanagh dive into the 6th topic of the #DaretoBeLove Journey: TRUTH. Truth is the 3rd and final topic of Step 2: How to ACCEPT Yourself, where we work on silencing the unhealthy ego by looking at our mind’s thoughts.Accepting and making peace with our individual truth while acknowledging that another’s truth may be different to ours is a practice and patience that requires us to look at our thoughts, words, and behaviours objectively. We all experience life differently from any other person, thus shaping our reality and view of the world through our own unique lens. Therefore, every person’s truth differs from the next, even when we have been through the same experience. Subsequently, this can create some room for conflict. Jacqui and Tanagh unpack the meaning of truth in terms of the #DaretoBeLove Journey and how we can cultivate truth in our lives to better accept ourselves by becoming aware of where our ego is hooking into our stories. Jacqui and Tanagh unpack how to work with our individual truth, allowing others their truth to create a more peace-filled life.
Join Jacqui and Tanagh as they unpack the 5th topic of the #DaretoBeLove Journey: ACCEPTANCE.Acceptance is the 2nd topic in Step 2: How to ACCEPT Yourself, where we work on silencing the unhealthy ego by looking at our mind’s thoughts. Acceptance can be hard, as being willing to accept ‘what is’ while figuring out how much control we have and surrendering to what we can’t control can be challenging. The unhealthy ego does not like the lack of control, while the healthy ego embraces surrender. By fully accepting present moment reality, despite any internal or external chaos, emotionally or physically, we have the opportunity to stop and watch the thought driving the emotion and/or the behaviour, allowing us the moment of conscious choice to bring joy to our ways of being. Hence, complete acceptance. Therefore, being truthful and real with ‘where we are at’ holds so much power for our individual peace.
Guest: Kenny ArcherWe’ve all heard the saying ‘the only thing holding you back is yourself.’ Jacqui and Tanagh unpack the limiting belief behind this saying with Kenny Archer, founder of Archer Inspirations.Kenny shares his Dare to Be Love story of unpacking and rewriting a limiting belief. From an early age, Kenny was battling to prove his worth in a traditional schooling system and with his family. This limiting belief silently followed Kenny through his career and adulting years, often holding him back from reaching his true purpose. Kenny dives into his path of challenging and changing his limiting belief by accepting his journey, finding compassion and Love for his life experiences, and how infusing this limiting belief with Love has transformed his life, his business, and his true purpose to serve others. Beyond Mindfulness

Beyond Mindfulness

2023-11-0115:21

What is mindfulness, and is mindfulness enough? Jacqui and Tanagh unpack how to use mindfulness in our everyday lives as a tool for self-awareness, and then use this awareness to first infuse our beliefs with Love, thereby being able to bring and Be Love with all that we think, say and do. Mindfulness is a fast-growing practice. We take a look at how to utilise this practice in stepping into a Spirit-led life, and how the ego can sometimes trick us into believing that mindfulness on its own can be enough.

Trigger warnings (TW): Eating Disorders (ED), PTSD and Anxiety. Jacqui and Tanagh dive into the first topic of the second step of the #DaretoBeLove journey: PAIN In step 2 of the #DaretoBeLove journey, we move into the second element of the Four Elements of Self: The Mind. Here, we practice accepting ourselves through silencing our inner critic to process pain by looking deeply into our thoughts.Pain, be it mental, emotional or physical, is an emotion many of us prefer to avoid, sometimes at all costs. However, pain is perfectly natural, something we all feel, and it is a powerful teacher highlighting areas in our lives where a moment of pause is needed for healing to happen. Jacqui and Tanagh share stories of their relationship with pain, the lessons and the powerful emotions that pain brings forth.Once again, you are invited to check out the visual table of the Dare to Be Love Journey to help you understand the journey of real change.
Join Jacqui and Tanagh as they unpack the third step of the #DaretoBeLove Journey: Forgiveness. From an early age, most of us are taught that forgiving others is the ‘right’ thing to do. While we don’t oppose this notion, an even deeper step is necessary to heal from a situation where we feel wrong-done by. This step requires Forgiving Yourself for Wanting a Different Experience. This way, we can own the experience, celebrate the wisdom it affords us, grow and heal.Sometimes, terrible things happen to us at the hands of other people or circumstances. When we acknowledge that each person is merely acting out their trauma patterns because of their past experiences, we can step into the space of Love and realise that forgiving another is an act of kindness, not an act of unconditional Love. Forgiving ourselves for wanting a different experience, frees us from judging the other or the circumstance, surrendering our will to grace and compassion. This act of Love allows us to let the pain through and let go of our ego attachment to the story. It can sound cliché, but everything truly does happen for a reason and by changing our perspective, we can start to see these pain experiences as gifts. As Viktor Frankl so wisely said, ‘When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.’Jacqui and Tanagh share their personal stories of adopting this philosophy into their lives, and their struggles in doing so.

In this episode, Jacqui and Tanagh discuss the second Dare to Be Love Topic: SUFFERING. Witnessing and acknowledging our suffering allows us to SEE ourselves, freeing us from the unhealthy ego.Suffering is a chaotic time for any of us. It triggers the emotions that many of us often want to avoid or sometimes pretend not to exist. If we allow ourselves to open our story of suffering to the perspective of Love, we can then change our perspective and see that it gives us a beautiful opportunity to soften, heal and celebrate the painful experience. Jacqui and Tanagh openly discuss their relationships to their suffering and how they practice working through this suffering from an integrated space of Spirit, body, mind and soul, opening them to Universal Wisdom, thereby affording complete healing. Once we can recognise that the cause of our suffering comes from a space of wanting a different experience, we can then forgive ourselves for wanting this different experience and allow the perspective of Love to infuse our blame, guilt and shame stories with the growth and gift it affords us.  Integrate your Spirit into your Body, Mind and Soul practices by Meeting Your Spirit with Jacqui today.
