I have been doing these for the last few weeks and find them so helpful! For some reason, though, I can't seem to get the video anymore. only audio. Is there a reason? Do I need to subscribe? Can't do without watching the poses. Thank you.

I think the title is perfect! This workout fits a weekday morning routine, gets me a little warm and shaky, but doesn't move faster than my recovering lumbar can happily accommodate.

These podcasts are great. I am a stay at home mom to two small children. I just moved to a tiny town with no access to quality yoga instructors. These sessions are just what I need. Excellent instructions, flowing movements and I don't have to worry about getting a baby sitter, instead I can sneak a workout when time during the day presents itself! THANKS!!

These are amazing podcasts. It's almost as good as having a private yoga instructor with you in the room and available whenever you want. Great for winding down in the evening (try the hatha yoga session), a quick revival in the afternoon (lunch time or power session) and easing into the day. Thank you so much yogadownload for offering these sessions.

I had a hard time watching yoga on the tv, having to look up while trying to get into the pose was distracting. So this was a great way to stay with the flow and on track. The instructor's voice was very calm, she spoke at perfect pace and was easy to understand. the background was soothing. I didnt want it to end.... This is great for people like me that have a schedule that doesnt permit going out to the gym. Plus the printed guide was the cherry on top.
