In this episode, we had the pleasure of talking to Alex Effer, an Exercise Physiologist, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Online Educator from Toronto, Canada. Alex is an absolute wizard when it comes to understanding human movement and has created systems which allow him to break down and then solve complex injuries and pain presentations. He also runs his own mentorship online and is very, very highly regarded in the field of performance and rehab.

Konstantin has multiple years of experience as an Athletic Coach, working with a tennis club in Hamburg, along with a number of professional youth football players. Konstantin is also studying to become a physiotherapist so that he can best help athletes throughout the whole process from rehab to performance.
