In this episode, Rob talks about why you should be the best "fitness generalist" you can be. If your goals have to do with health/wellness, feeling better, etc., then you should be focused on training multiple qualities at the same time. It does not help overall progress to focus solely on one aspect of fitness while ignoring others. Host- Rob Veltre @rob_veltre

The idea of injury prevention just won't seem to go away. Injury cannot be completely prevented. They happen no matter how well people prepare for them. Does that mean we just give up on reducing the risk of injury altogether? Of course not. The word "prevent" might just be the wrong word for it. Host- Rob Veltre @rob_veltre

Most adults need to make time to train during the week and planning that out in advance will lead to less stress and less worry about where you're going to make time. However, the time of day might not make that much of a difference. Host- Rob Veltre @rob_veltre

In this episode, Rob reflects on an Instagram post from a very popular fitness page that talked about "earning the right" to do certain exercises. Rob expands on this throughout the episode. Host- Rob Veltre @rob_veltre
In this episode, Rob talks about lifting accessories and how people who say that using them is cheating are just afraid to get really strong. Shoes, belts, straps, and sleeves are all accessories that you can use when lifting. Some people overdo it and use them when they're not needed, but for the most part they're useful.
