Recently 20k was stolen from my bank...during my lunchtime. It shook me and I felt very unsafe and unsecure, in Melbourne, Australia. (Yes! We have scammers in Australia!) I felt sad and down afterwards and I decided to apply what I learned in the emotion matrix and shifting perspective to change my energy and pleasantness. I bounced back quickly and focused on a couple of things to get back on track. This loss reminded me to review my budget and redid my budget and look out for the things and people I have so far in my life. I always strive to find the beacon of hope in the toughest time in life and I invite you to come to this episode to see how I shifted my feelings and emotions during hard and challenging times.
