Der Engländer Thomas Coryate wanderte 1608 einmal quer durch die Schweiz und berichtete darüber, was ihm auffiel und faszinierte. Seine Zeugnisse geben uns Einblick in die Schweiz damals: so wissen wir nun mehr über Duvets, Bünderfleisch und Frauenfrisuren.
