Description
If Agility is the answer to achieve constant willingness to change – not only concerning the product, but also concerning the individual way of working – and requires constant cultural development, classic Change Management approaches like those of Lewin and Kotter clearly reach their limitations. This doesn´t mean that those approaches are wrong or irrelevant, but a different attitude towards change is required.
Nowadays a high degree of willingness to change is a demanded competency and will be even more prominent in the future. As a compensation, consistency is needed for sure, but that is not the topic which will be discussed by Michael, Lucas and Nadja in this podcast.
