Recently, you’ve probably been hearing a lot about “New Work”. The term was mainly developed by the social philosopher Frithjof Bergmann who assumes that the current way of working is outdated and that it is time to create a new system within this global and digital age.

New Work represents the values independence, freedom and being part of a community. Thus, it is kind of a counter movement compared to the old structures.

In this podcast on iTunes or podigee, Nadja and Michael will emphasize what New Work does NOT mean. Despite freedom, it also means being part of a community and thus taking responsibility for the organization and develop it further.
