#14: Todd Zaki Warfel (Leadership coach, Design Career Index report) on frameworks and job satisfaction
We dive into his findings- getting through everything from hiring to attrition and the relative importance of different factors in someone's decision to leave. And the results are interesting: it turns out that 35% of people list lack of career growth as their reason for leaving a company, but under 4% of design teams have a progression framework.
