This 1-hour continuing education (CE) session is designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) seeking to enhance workplace resiliency through the application of behavior analytic principles. The course will explore how ABA strategies can foster resilience in organizational settings, improve staff well-being, and support a positive workplace culture. Participants will learn practical techniques to identify, reinforce, and sustain behaviors that contribute to a resilient and adaptable workforce, while addressing common challenges in maintaining staff engagement and satisfaction.

Learning Objectives:
 By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify key behaviors and environmental variables that promote resilience in the workplace and describe how to apply ABA principles to strengthen these behaviors.
  2. Design strategies using reinforcement and other behavior analytic techniques to build and maintain a resilient and engaged workforce.
