Miguel Almario is a dancer, physical therapist and coach who's motto is to build life through movement. With successful, game changing community programs such as Everyday Athletics and M^ Academy, Miguel is helping people move with meaning. 

Hear Miguel's story and background from dancing in Boston and L.A. to now, Seattle! We discuss virtual therapy and Telehealth, what resistance training is really about, why kettlebells are great for the dance community and ultimately how we define ourselves through the movements we participate in on a daily basis.

Everyday Athletics is for the everyday person who wants to dance or an everyday person with movement goals who wants to adapt their body. According to Miguel the requirements are 1- to have a body and 2- to show up.
