The fourth session of Equity and Choice in Health Care Access, a conference in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Center for Health Administration Studies (CHAS) at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, was entitled, “System Transformation and the ACA“ and included two speakers and a respondent. The second speaker was Jonathan Skinner. His talk focused on health care equity and accountable care organizations.
