Aaron delivered the closing address of Equity and Choice in Health Care Access, a conference in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Center for Health Administration Studies (CHAS) at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration. Aaron's talk took the shape of a metaphorical debate between his internal optimist and pessimist on the topic of prospects for the Affordable Care Act.
