The second session of Equity and Choice in Health Care Access, a conference in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Center for Health Administration Studies (CHAS) at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, was titled, “Cost/Coverage Harmony or Trade-Offs under the ACA?” and included two speakers and a respondent. The second speaker was Richard Frank, discussing the contours of potentially affected populations, roles of Medicaid and private insurance, and upcoming policy choices.
