The third session of Equity and Choice in Health Care Access, a conference in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Center for Health Administration Studies (CHAS) at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, included two speakers and a respondent. The respondent was Colleen M. Grogan. Her response helped frame the question of whether or not the ACA has made the health care system more equitable and fair.
