Saying oh, I'm so glad someone said that because I keep seeing all these perfect people telling me to do this and eat this and only eat here. And this bloke, he's all right. He's in good shape. He moves well. And he's just saying, keep it simple. And they're thinking; wonderful. I'm not, I'm not saying keep it simple, easy. There's no such thing as easy, when it comes to taking care of yourself mentally and physically; that's hard. But I'm saying don't worry about all this nonsense that you're being sold. You're being sold stuff, because people are trying to make money. I'm not trying to make, I'm trying to make a living. I'm not trying to make money. I'm trying to help you save money. I'm saying don't do all that. Don't get all that stuff. Just, don't, you know, you don't need all the clothes. You don't need all the gear. You just need to get in gear”
