Andy @andyramage is a former professional footballer, who after injury, created two major financial brokerages. After taking a break from alcohol Andy’s mind, body, career and life were transformed. 10 years later Andy is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading performance coaches. Andy is the founder of the AreteWay Coaching Institute, which is one of the world's leading boutique coach training providers with a specific focus on training executive/life coaches on their treble-accredited (ICF, AC, EMCC) diplomas in Coaching & Positive Psychology. Andy also specialises in training Alcohol-Free Performance Coaches ™. Andy has written two best-selling books,‘The 28-day alcohol-free challenge’ and ‘Let’s Do This! How to use motivational psychology to change your habits for life” and delivered a TEDx talk, “The limitless pill”.Andy has also appeared on the world's biggest stages and top podcasts,, including The Rich Roll podcast, The Feel Better Live More podcast with Dr Rangan Chatterjee, The Slo Mo podcast with Mo Gawdat, and The Virgin Breakfast Show with Chris Evans to name a few.Andy also co-founded the OneYearNoBeer movement and recently co-created the Dryy (with two y's) app & alcohol-free community, which collectively have helped hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of middle-lane drinkers, transform their health, work performance and happiness by taking a break from alcohol.As a coach, Andy is in an elite group trained at the Master's Degree level in coaching psychology and positive psychology and is currently coaching at every level, from everyday heroes to premiership footballers and CEOs.

In the background, Andy is working on a major documentary to create a ‘Game Changers’ style documentary for alcohol-free, due to be released in early 2025.
