Claire Fullam is from Dublin and has been off the booze for the past three and a half years. You might know her from her instagram account @claire_balding, that she set up to help her deal with losing her hair due to alopecia 8 years ago. 
We talk about her story of giving up booze, how she began to realise it was time to stop drinking, how she has done lots of healing and how she has remained alcohol free for over 3.5 years. We talk about how she coped in those first 6 months, how she prioritised her sobriety over everything and how she took a break from social media to concentrate on her journey.
