Cy: Ar fore clir, Gethin, Alys, a Llewelyn cwrdd ym Mharc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog.
En: On a clear morning, Gethin, Alys, and Llewelyn met at Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons National Park).

Cy: Mae'r hydref wedi trawsnewid y golygfeydd - dail cochion a melyn yn glywedig o'r coed.
En: Autumn had transformed the scenery - red and yellow leaves hanging from the trees.

Cy: Gethin, yn dal i deimlo'r boen yn ei goes wedi torri, yn poeni am y daith.
En: Gethin, still feeling the pain in his broken leg, worried about the journey.

Cy: Ond mae ei galon yn llawn gobaith - mae'n awyddus i deimlo'n rhydd unwaith eto.
En: But his heart was full of hope - he was eager to feel free once again.

Cy: "Ai di'n barod, cariad?
En: "Are you ready, darling?"

Cy: " medda Alys, ei llais yn lwyr o garedigrwydd ond lled ofn.
En: said Alys, her voice full of kindness but slightly fearful.

Cy: Mae hi'n gwybod bod y daith yn her, ond mae Gethin yn benderfynol.
En: She knew the journey was a challenge, but Gethin was determined.

Cy: Llewelyn, cyfaill ffyddlon, yn dal ei gamera'n barod i ddal prydferthwch yr awyrgylch.
En: Llewelyn, a faithful friend, held his camera ready to capture the beauty of the atmosphere.

Cy: Wrth ddechrau ar y llwybr, mae'r tonnau mynyddig yn agor o'u blaen, a'r awel yn codi'r hen straen o bywyd a'i ddioddefaint.
En: As they began on the path, the mountainous waves opened before them, and the breeze lifted the old stress from life and its suffering.

Cy: Er gwaethaf ei bryder, mae gwen ar wyneb Gethin wrth iddo gamu ymlaen.
En: Despite his worry, there was a smile on Gethin's face as he stepped forward.

Cy: Mae'n teimlo'r tir yn gadarn, er gwaethaf y boen.
En: He felt the ground firm beneath him, despite the pain.

Cy: "Aedy ni'n edrych drosodd yna?
En: "Shall we look over there?"

Cy: " gofynnodd Llewelyn, gan bwyntio at lechen mwyaf lle mae'r golygfa fel cyfrinach o hydref.
En: asked Llewelyn, pointing to the largest rock where the view was like a secret of autumn.

Cy: Wrth iddynt nesáu at y goeden syrthiedig, mae'r llwybr wedi stopio.
En: As they approached the fallen tree, the path had stopped.

Cy: Mae gwawr dilemau yn codi.
En: A dawn of dilemmas arose.

Cy: "Mae rhaid i ni droi nôl," medda Alys yn ofalus, pryder yn goleuo ei llygaid.
En: "We have to turn back," said Alys carefully, concern lighting up her eyes.

Cy: Ond Gethin, wedi ei gyrru gan benderfyniad, nid yw am ildio.
En: But Gethin, driven by determination, was not ready to give up.

Cy: "Gallwn ni fynd o gwmpas," medda Gethin ymffrostgar, ond mae Alys yn dal ei law, gan ei atgoffa nad yw'n ei hunain ar yr ymgyrch hon.
En: "We can go around," said Gethin boastfully, but Alys held his hand, reminding him that he was not alone in this endeavor.

Cy: Llewelyn hefyd, gyda’i spâr ffocws, yn cefnogi ymdrechion Alys.
En: Llewelyn too, with his spare focus, supported Alys's efforts.

Cy: Gyda theimlad o dîm, maent yn codi allan y ffordd a llwyddo i oresgyn y rhwystr, dwylo'n dal dwylo i gadw cydbwysedd.
En: With a sense of teamwork, they find a way around and manage to overcome the obstacle, holding hands to keep balance.

En: As they move past, the sun begins to set, a tongue of gold in the view.

Cy: Ar y diwedd, maen nhw'n eistedd gyda'i gilydd, yn edmygu'r golau, un o'r olygfeydd mwyaf prydferth gallent ei ddychmygu.
En: In the end, they sit together, admiring the light, one of the most beautiful sights they could imagine.

Cy: Gethin yn gwybod mod y daith hon yn fwy na dim ond cerdded - mae'n ymwneud â chymdeithas a charedigrwydd sydd wedi ei gaffael.
En: Gethin knows that this journey was more than just walking - it was about the companionship and kindness that he had gained.

Cy: Mae'n dysgu gwers werthfawr, bod gwerth bywyd yn ymwneud â'r bobl o'ch cwmpas.
En: He learns a valuable lesson that the worth of life is about the people around you.
