Description

There was a time when the stereotype of Great Britain was bowler hats, bad weather and even worse food. British cuisine had a bad reputation in the rest of Europe but that is certainly not the case today, as London is now one of the most important food capitals in the world. In this episode we’re going to look at the influence of Europe on British cuisine and taste with the CEO of Eataly Nicola Farinetti, the Michelin-star chef Pascal Aussignac, and the CEO of UK Hospitality Kate Nichols.

Presented by Joe Lynam and produced by Andrew Parsonage.
