From horse-sized ducks vs. 100 duck-sized horses, to spaghetti for hair vs. sweating maple syrup, to Fran at 5AM with a cold barbell and whether double-unders are really worth it if your squat is trash – nothing is off limits.
It’s light-hearted banter, inside jokes from the gym, and a reminder that fitness can (and should) include a lot of laughter.
