In this episode Rachel is joined by Dr Andrea Kilpatrick. Andrea has recently completed a professional doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring on the topic of confidence in transition to senior leadership, and how coaching supports leaders with this. She shares the insightful findings of that research with Rachel and they explore the challenges that can result in a loss of confidence for senior leaders. Their experience of working with clients at this stage of career, combined with Andrea’s research data, provides invaluable learning about how coaching can support leaders to maintain and build impact and efficacy in their crucial organisational roles. Andrea is a highly experienced executive coach who works with senior leaders across a variety of sectors. Alongside her individual work with leaders, Andrea Kilpatrick has an impressive track record of working with teams and groups, both at London Business School, Cranfield School of Management and with several corporate organisations.
