In this episode Rachel is joined by Dr Christine Boinett to discuss how she applied learning from The Talented Women’s Impact Programme to accelerate her career progress.  Christine describes the steps she took during and after the programme and how they impacted her decisions about a new role and her approach to securing it. Rachel and Christine explore work they did on Leadership Brand, awareness of Unconscious Bias, Assertive Communication, Managing Stress and the benefits of sharing experience and learning in a group setting. Dr Christine Boinett worked as a health data scientist (bioinformatician) in the infectious disease field for over 10 years and has now transitioned to an exciting new career as a product manager. She is also creator of the Your Digital Mentor Podcast.
