日常生活中,我們時常不知不覺處在壓力與忙碌之中
身體無意識的緊繃,人也容易變得焦慮
當我們可以有意識的暫停一下,放鬆身體,腦袋也就比較容易平靜下來。
我們並不需要再多做些什麼來讓身體放鬆,只要能知道到身體正處在緊繃的狀態
把意識帶到那個部位,將力量放掉,自然就會放鬆了。
