本集Podcast帶大家一起討論一個常常被壓抑的情緒---憤怒。
先從情緒三角理論了解憤怒是核心情緒的一種,提供我們在受到侵害時的訊息,並帶有身體的感受,與相對應想要動身體的衝動。再由論文〈Bodily maps of emotion〉帶大家了解與感受憤怒時身體感受變強的部位,了解生氣時為何會有大叫、握拳、丟東西等的反應。
最後提供大家幾個處理情緒的應對方式
從18:10 則是平安999的引導練習,出自胡嘉琪心理師《從聽故事開始療癒》這本書
