Stay focused, disciplined, & surround yourself with support, but always prioritize rest and balance to sustain your passion for the long term.
Below are the things you can do to be obsessed with your sports goals
1. Define your goals clearly
2. Develop a growth mindset
3. Clarify your why.
4. Understand that time is of the essence.
5. Look at the bigger picture.
