Description

In Part Two of my special two part episode dedicated to the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan, I speak to Dr. Nooralhaq Nasimi, Director and Founder of the ACAA.

Having fled from the Taliban himself in 1999, Dr. Nasimi has firsthand experience of life under Taliban rule. In this short podcast, he discusses life under the Taliban, the ACAA's work and why the British Government's support is critical to Afghanistan.

This is a summary of our conversation:

  • How the ACAA is supporting Afghan refugees

  • Taliban in 1999 and Taliban in 2021

  • How the British Government can support Afghanistan
