Description
Letting go of weight means stopping ourselves from our self sabotage cycles.
Like weighing ourselves, which 9/10 times leads us to say “ you see nothing works, I’ll never change” which gives us an excuse to ignore physical cues & overeat & the self fulfilling prophecy cycle starts all over again.
This episode is in response to a DM asking if we stop using the scales how can we ensure we don’t gain weight & are actually progressing . Hope it helps ♥️
